Ingredients
9 medium potatoes (russet)
1.5 pints sour cream
15 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 bunches of green onions chopped
6 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup bread crumbs (can)
Directions
The Night Before:
Boil potatoes with skins on for 25 minutes - carefully drop in potatoes when water is boiling
Drain potatoes and chill overnight in fridge
The Day Of:
Remove potatoes from fridge and peel
Grate potatoes (using Larger Holes)
Mix up potatos and everything else (except bread crumbs and butter) in large bowl
Grease 9x13 pan
Place bowl contents into pan
Mix two tablespoons of melted butter and breadcrumbs (mix with a fork)
Spread breadcrumbs mixture on top of Potato mixture
Bake potato casserole for 300 degrees for one hour
